Ticket Sale for Worlds 2020 starts on 30th of April
Berlin. The ticket sale for the UCI Track Cycling World Championships 2020 presented by Tissot starts on 30th of April. The competitions for the rainbow jerseys will take place from 26th of February until 1st of March 2020 in the Velodrom Berlin. Starting Tuesday you can buy your tickets on our partners homepage Ticketmaster. After 1999 it’s the second time Berlin is home to the UCI Track Cycling World Championships presented by Tissot.
„Looking back on the atmospheric World Championships 20 years ago our hopes are high that we can create the same spark to impress the audience and that we’ll have exciting and impressive competitions at the last showdown before the Olympic Games 2020. We would like to give our German athletes a good momentum to send them on their way to Tokyo. People in Berlin are sports enthusiasts always creating an atmosphere that gives you goosebumps which you can see at the Six Days Berlin every year“, says Burckhard Bremer, project manager of the UCI Track Cycling World Championships 2020 presented by Tissot in Berlin.
There will be 5 days of competition with 20 titles to be fought over. The days will be divided into two sessions a day. Tickets are available on Ticketmaster starting at 7€ (reduced 5€) a ticket. In May there is an Early Bird Sale which gives you 10% off the normal ticket price in category 1 and 2. You can also purchase VIP tickets contacting this e-mail-address:

„The experiences we gained at the European Championships tell me that the Velodrom Berlin will be fully booked in the evening sessions from Friday until Sunday, especially because of the competitions taking place these nights. On Sunday e.g. we will see the Madison race with the local heroes and acting world champions Theo Reinhardt and Roger Kluge. The best seats will be out of stock very early“, says Burckhard Bremer.
